* As Vice President of Projects at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., Nishant led the design and execution of more than 150 restaurants, both in India and internationally, helping to reshape the brand’s visual identity.
* He was instrumental in the rollout of Apple’s Mono AAR concept stores in India and spearheaded the rapid expansion of Splash in the Middle East, which included their acclaimed flagship store in the Dubai Mall.
* Nishant also managed the expansion of over 300 Cafe Coffee Day cafes in North India and served as the lead project manager for landmark assignments like actor Shahrukh Khan’s iconic bungalow, ‘Mannat’.
