Like every architecture graduates, He also began his professional career in 2004, working with reputable Architectural firms and builders initially in in Ahmedabad and Gwalior (MP). After 1 year he recognized the immense growth opportunities in retail expansion and chose to focus on that field. With over two decades of experience, he built a career defined by consistency, precision, and scaling up, helping numerous brands achieve their growth goals. My extensive portfolio includes over 850,000 sq. ft. of expertly designed spaces, including retail, F&B, corporate offices, Industries and Project management for few luxury celebrity residences.
Key Career Highlights-
•As Vice President of Projects at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. led the design and execution of more than 150 restaurants, both in India and internationally, helping to reshape the brand’s visual identity.
•He was instrumental in the rollout of Apple’s Mono AAR concept stores in India and spearheaded the rapid expansion of Splash in the Middle East, which included their acclaimed flagship store in the Dubai Mall.
•Nishant also managed the expansion of over 300 Cafe Coffee Day cafes in North India and served as the lead project manager for landmark assignments like actor Shahrukh Khan’s iconic bungalow, ‘Mannat’.
•In his earlier career, he held leadership roles at Future Axiom and Next Retail and worked as an architect for Welspun India Ltd., delivering high-profile projects inaugurated by national leaders.
